signature restaurant Botero - run by star chef Mark LoRusso - serves
modern American cuisine, with some of the most mouth-watering steak,
lamb and pork chops you’ll find on the strip. As a tribute to
the legendary singer, the Sinatra restaurant offers beautiful Italian
cuisine with a twist, whilst Pan-Asian is on the menu at Wazuzu
including irresistible Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Singaporean &

Encore boasts the best nightlife of any hotel in Vegas, with a number of chilled out bars & lounges, and two of the cities best nightclubs - XS and Surrender. The ultra-chic, exclusive XS surrounds Encore’s main outdoor pool & island bar and is the only club on the strip to offer poolside lounge tables and cabana bottle service, while Surrender welcomes World-renowned DJs on a weekly basis. Encore Beach Pool Party
Raising the bar in the Vegas
pool party scene is Encore Beach. This 60,000 square foot oasis
contains three tiered outdoor pools surrounded by daybeds &
lounge chairs, a huge jacuzzi and more than 20 private cabanas, each
equipped with a mini fridge and large flat screen TV. There are also 8
exclusive air-conditioned bungalows containing private dipping pools
for those with cash to burn. Guests can also lounge around on oversized
lily pads floating in the shallows, or play a hand of blackjack at the
beach club’s gaming pavilion.
Resident DJs mix it up with
a selection of electro-dance, house and hip-hop music creating an
awesome, vibrant atmosphere which attracts sin city’s
“in” crowd, including plenty of celebrities. The
poolside bar serves some of the most amazingly refreshing cocktails,
while the beach club grill offers delicious snacks and appetizers.
