16 restaurants to choose from, guests at Aria Las Vegas are treated to
a fabulous array of exquisite dining options including Japanese,
Chinese, Thai, Italian and local American cuisine. The
hotel’s signature restaurant is headed by critically
acclaimed celebrity chef Julian Serrano, and offers a spectacular fresh
seafood buffet to go with a selection of Spanish tapas and tasty paella
from Serrano’s homeland, Spain. Local American cuisine is on
offer at AMERICAN FISH, but don’t let the name fool you,
seafood is not the only thing on the menu - the restaurant serves some
of the best quality beef and pork in town.
Guests can relax and unwind at any of the 10 bars and lounges dotted around the hotel. The casual poolside bar is the place to be during the summer months, serving the most refreshing exotic cocktails, whilst the cutting-edge Haze nightclub is considered one of the hottest clubs in Vegas. Unique to Aria, the Deuce Lounge contains six gaming tables and two large screen TVs so that guests can mingle over a few drinks and place a few bets, away from the hustle and bustle of the casino floor.

One of the new comers to the
Vegas pool party scene, Liquid at Aria is much smaller than rival pool
parties but thats exactly what most people love about it - the intimacy
and air of exclusiveness.
The 16,000 sq ft pool area
contains three luxury pools, 35 daybeds, over 80 chaise lounges and a
full service bar & restaurant. If you are willing to splurge,
private poolside cabanas are available equipped with mini-bar and
40-inch flat screen TVs.
The state-of-the-art sound
system sends an electrifying buzz around the pool, with some of the
most sought after hip-hop artists and International DJs performing
regularly. Bikini-clad waitresses roam the pools edge - in their high
heels and designer sunglasses - shaking up bottles of bubbly causing
champagne to rain down on unsuspecting guests in the water below.
